Dr Bernard Kengni holds a PHD in mining law in Africa from the University of Cape Town. He is a lecturer at the University of the Western Cape. He joined our team as a Consultant and expert on mining law in Africa, energy and oil and gas.
Mr Sonday is our Associate Conveyancer who preps and register our transfers at the Deeds Office. He has more than 40 years experience behind him.
Fagrie is perhaps the most important person in our team. He ensures that our documents are issued at court and delivered to the sherrif as well as any other serving and filling necessary to complete the cycle of our work.
